Energy Tax Incentives Act of 2005

Law passed in August 2005 which provided tax credits to consumers for various activities, in attempts to improve energy efficiency and production. Tax credits were established for purchasing energy efficient vehicles, making home energy improvements, and purchasing efficient home energy equipment.
