mat hold pattern

A 5-day measure of the trading activity of a stock which will give an investor an indication of the stock's future performance. The first day of the pattern shows significant trading activity in either a buy or sell direction, the next 3 days show a move in the opposite direction, followed by a fifth day of trading in the same direction as the first day.
