A type of process that is used in settlement from the trading of mortgage backed securities to be announced and requiring that the sell side of a trade let the buyer in the trade know which specific securities will be delivered in the trade by 3:00 p.m. Eastern time and 48 hours before the settlement date of the particular trade.
