8863 Form

Education Credits (American Opportunity and Lifetime Learning Credits). This form is used by individual taxpayers for claiming education credits on their tax returns. Expenses that qualify include tuition and fees required for enrollment or attendance at any accredited college, vocational school, or other post-secondary educational institution that is eligible to participate in the student aid programs that are administered by the U.S. Department of Education.
