timeliness

A rating system for stocks which ignores the most common market factors, and instead focuses on earnings data and price performance. Stocks are rated on a scale from A (being the highest) to E (being the lowest). A higher rating signifies that the rater believes the stock will have greater short-term returns, but it also can be an indicator of volatility.
