An exchange-traded fund comprised of a portfolio of yen-denominated assets including currency, debt securities, and money market funds. Investors seek to derive current income from the fund's interest bearing assets as well as benefit from the performance of the yen versus the U.S. dollar. Yen ETFs are available for different investment strategies based on an investor's outlook on the yen in relation to the dollar.
